哈萨克斯坦石油与埃尼签订在Abay勘探油气合同乌兰察布

中国石化新闻网讯 据俄罗斯油气网努尔苏丹7月29日消息称，2019年7月26日,哈萨克斯坦国家石油公司和埃尼的子公司签署了一份勘探和生产哈萨克斯坦Abay近海底土碳氢化合物的合同。

根据签署的合同，主要的最低义务是在里海的哈萨克斯坦Abay近海钻第一口探井和进行三维地震勘探。2019年3月，KMG与埃尼集团签署了联合活动协议(MAS)和融资协议(SOF)，作为联合实施Abay区块项目的一部分。在2019年7月初，双方签署了一项直接协商协议。

A contract has been signed for the exploration and development of hydrocarbons in the subsoil area Abay

Nur-Sultan, Neftegaz.RU. July 26, 2019 KazMunaiGas (KMG) and Eni's 弹弓subsidiary, signed a contract for exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the subsoil offshore Abay Kazakhstan.

In accordance with the signed contract, the main minimum obligations are drilling of the 1st exploration well and carrying out 3D seismic exploration in the offshore Abay sector of the Kazakhstani sector of the Caspian Sea. In March 2019, KMG and Eni signed a Joint Activity Agreement (MAS) and a Financing Agreement (SOF) as part of the joint implementation of the Abay block project. At the beginning of July 2019.
